General Information
  TanklessWaterHeatersDirect.Com can not be held responsible for missed dates due to Fedex, USPS or any shipping company issues.

TanklessWaterHeatersDirect.Com ships most items via Fedex. Some items require overland trucking service. These items will be indicated on the product page and on the Shopping Cart page with a Yellow, Blue or Red truck symbol. If the truck symbol is not there then we will likely ship the item via normal Fedex Ground or USPS.

In general, you should receive Fedex deliveries within 10 business days of placing your order.
We ship orders the same day if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time. We ship from the East Coast and Midwest so delivery times will vary. Check the list of products below for the expected delivery time to your address. Or click the "contact us" button and tell us your zip code and what you plan to order. We will let you know how long the expected delivery time will be.

Shipping outside the Continental United States
When orders are placed for Hawaii, Alaska or Canada an estimated shipping amount is shown. This is just an estimate. Generally, shipping outside the lower 48 requires Fedex Next Day Air, Fedex 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail service. A TanklessWaterHeatersDirect.com representative will contact you via phone or email with these shipping amounts. We will not process any order or charge your credit card until you agree with the added shipping charge. If you have any questions please contact us.


Shipping via Overland Truck
For those items that require overland trucking, this symbol will appear in your shopping cart: Beep beep  The shipping charge shown when a "blue truck" symbol appears is the actual shipping amount.
For items requiring overland truck with an unknown shipping charge, this symbol will appear in your shopping cart: Beep beep  The shipping charge shown when a "red truck" symbol appears is an estimated charge. Due to the size and weight of the item ordered we must calculate this charge using your zip code. A TanklessWaterHeatersDirect.com representative will contact you with the exact shipping charge before your order is processed and your credit card charged. We will not charge your credit card until you agree with the added shipping charge.

Delivery times may or may not be longer - generally within 14 days. We will inform you by email of the tracking number and you should contact the shipping company for expected delivery date. Also, you will need to sign for all truck shipments.

Please Note: If products are missing or damaged - make sure you have this noted on the shipping receipt and have the driver sign it. Keep a copy for you records and contact us As Soon as Possible. Once you sign for a truck delivery and if there are any problems and you have not put this on the shipping receipt - there is nothing that we can do to fix this. So - make sure that you inspect and count all boxes!
